Our drive comes from a passion for healthy living and whole food ingredients. I'm someone who is always on the lookout for better, more nutritious options at the grocery store, my journey began with my studies in Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Auckland. There, I became conscious of the impact of the food we put into our bodies, not only for ourselves but for our families, too.

Now, as a student dietitian, I believe that all food has a place in a balanced diet. But I also know there are simple, delicious swaps we can make to improve our daily nutrition. That's where Oke Sorbet comes in! Think of it as a refreshing, healthier treat. While it's not a replacement for ice cream on a hot summer day, it's a natural option you can feel confident serving your kids every night - without the guilt and dreaded sugar high.


Our sorbet is crafted from pure fruit—nothing added or removed (except a splash of lemon juice). It's packed with fibre and counts towards your 5+ a day, making it as nourishing as it is tasty.
